Please note: you can only bring as many people as your reservations states.
As we have reviewed the requirements and the staffing needs, there have been a couple of changes. We also have some clarification regarding the reservation system below. In order to be as fair as possible, you will only be able to make reservations up to 48-hours in advance.
- Entrance: Due to the restrictions, there can only be one entrance. Therefore the only entrance will be through the clubhouse. The gate will be the exit.
- Due to the time it takes to clean the hard surfaces, chairs will not be provided. The tables and umbrellas will be put up but no other furniture. You will need to bring your own chairs to use the tables.
- Bathrooms- The bathrooms will be limited. Per the guidelines, the showers and lockers cannot be used.
We have had several thought/suggestions from homeowners regarding the reservation system. We do appreciate everyone’s thoughts, however, the reservations system cannot be more detailed than it is. We are doing everything we can to make it as fair as possible but the reality is that there is only so much that we can do with the systems we have in place.
We will be evaluating all of the pool operations at the Board meeting next Wednesday as well.
