The District Board is reviewing proposals for a new management company

The District Board has received and reviewed proposals for a management company to replace SDMS. At the Board meeting on 14 September the proposal of Westwind Management Company of Englewood was deemed the best proposal. Finalization of a contract with Westwind is underway and the expected start date for Westwind is October 1.
