A. Executive Session- The Board of Directors intends to enter into executive
session for the purpose of receiving legal advice pursuant to Section 24-6- 402(4)(b), C.R.S. as it relates to the dissolution of the homeowners association and relevant legal positions.
XI. ADJOURNMENT
2023 Meeting Dates: Second Wednesday of each month January through April and June through November at 6pm. Regular meetings in June and October will be held in person at 26011 E. Orchard Drive, Aurora, Colorado. The regular meetings held in January, February, March, April, July, August, September, and November will be held via teleconference.
Update: the October 11, 2023 meeting will be held via Zoom and the November 8, 2023 meeting will be in person at the Clubhouse.
